The Pinewood Restaurant overseen by Head Chef Graeme Gatenby, who has enjoyed creating culinary delights and memorable dining experiences in Switzerland, England, Toronto, and the Niagara region. Chef Graeme's motto is 'Cuisine de Soleil' and he prides himself in using only natural and fresh products in his dishes.

Room Service is available from the Pinewood Restaurant:

Monday to Saturday from 6:30 am - 11:00 pm
Sundays from 6:30 am - 10:00 pm.
